Godspell is the perfect show to remind us all how important community truly is both in life and in community theatre. During this process of creation, something my co-director and I really wanted to hone in on was how this is a collaborative experience. We came together and poured our hearts into this project while honoring individuality and reminding everyone that Godspell is best told when we strive to be a troupe. And we did just that. We knew a theatre setting (audition into show) for our concept was perfect for Godspell as it showcases how community begins, evolves, and blossoms. I am eternally grateful for the trust our actors gave us and I am thankful for the opportunity to help guide them through this show. Now sit back, relax (or bop along with us) and enjoy Godspell!
