Rehearsals are underway for our fall musical, The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown. Our incredible cast features Thomas Krey of Barnegat as Jamie Wellerstein and Emily DeMaio of Tinton Falls as Cathy Hiatt. We asked them to reflect on their first week of rehearsals. SCP: Okay, week one of rehearsal is done! How do you feel?
T: I feel great week 1 of rehearsal was fun and can’t wait for week 2
E: Feeling excited and ready to dive in more!

T: There is always a snack or treat waiting for us to eat it.

SCP: What are you most looking forward to in this process?
T: I’m looking forward to collaborating on the character development of Jamie with the team.
E: Singing this insanely beautiful score and the opportunity to show up vulnerably, sharing different sides of myself through Cathy.
